Where is my order ?

Is it possible to return a product? If yes, how ?

All our products sold benefit from the “satisfied or refunded” clause. However, once personalized, the pieces cannot be returned. In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal to return the products to us without having to provide a reason. This right is exercised by returning the product, only the return shipping costs remain your responsibility. The refund will be paid within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt and inspection of the items in our warehouse. The refund will be made to the same payment method used during the purchase.

In accordance with MOISMONT's general conditions of sale, returns of washed and/or worn clothing, as well as damaged packaging, will be refused. Likewise, if the embroidery option is chosen, it is impossible to return the personalized item.

It is up to you to choose your carrier. You must keep all proof of return, which assumes that the items are returned by registered mail or by any other means giving a certain date to this shipment. Please return your return to this address:

Are the return costs my responsibility?

If you wish to return the product(s), the shipping costs are your responsibility.

I ordered sale products / with a promo code, can I be refunded?

Items sold on sale can be refunded but return costs are your responsibility. Therefore, if you wish to return an item purchased on promotion, we invite you to return it to the following address:

Please specify your contact details and the purpose of this return in your package. As soon as we receive this return, we will contact you to advise you of your refund. Return costs are your responsibility.

There is an error in the order I received, what should I do?

Despite all the care we take in preparing packages, a product may be missing or incorrect. Likewise, after transport of the package, one of the products may turn out to be defective. We apologize for the inconvenience !

In this case, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form with your contact details and order number. We will provide you with a return label so that you can return the wrong or defective product free of charge. Upon receipt of your return, we will reimburse the item received via the payment method used when placing your order. If an item is missing, we will get back to you as quickly as possible with a suitable solution!

I would like to make an exchange, what are the conditions?

Exchanges are not possible. If you wish to exchange a part, simply return the item and we will refund you within 30 days of receipt of the package at our premises. You can then order the new item you want.

How do I track the order I returned to you?

In order to track any order that has been returned to us, we invite you to refer to the carrier you have chosen and the tracking number assigned to you. To do this, we ask you to keep any proof of return (registered postage or proof of standard postage).
