Can I modify or cancel an order?

It is possible to modify or cancel your order, however the deadlines are very limited because we prepare and ship your orders in less than 2 days.

For these urgent situations, we invite you to fill out the contact form specifying the subject of your request so that it can be immediately processed.

There is an error in my order (defective, missing, incorrect item)

Despite all the care we take in preparing the packages, it is possible that a product is missing or incorrect. Similarly, after transporting the package, one of the products may prove to be defective. We apologize for the inconvenience !

In this case, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form with your contact details and your order number. We will provide you with a return label so you can return the wrong or defective product free of charge. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the item received via the payment method used when placing your order. If an item is missing, we will get back to you as soon as possible with a suitable solution!

I placed an order but I did not receive a confirmation

If you have not received an order confirmation, please log in to yourcustomer area and refer to your "order history" in which the tracking number and the status of your order are indicated.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

You can track your order at any time on the carrier's page here by entering your tracking number shown on your order confirmation (received by email).

If the delivery times (3 to 5 working days) have been exceeded, we invite you to contact us directly with the customer service of the carrier. If you do not have information on the carrier in charge of delivery, please refer to your order confirmation email or log into your customer area and refer to your "order history".
