How do I track the delivery of my order?
You can track your order at any time on the carrier's page here by entering your tracking number shown on your order confirmation (received by email).
If you have not received an order confirmation, please log in to your customer area and refer to your "order history" where the tracking number is indicated.
If you do not have a customer account and have not received a confirmation email, we invite you to send us a message via our contact form .
A problem with the delivery of my order?
If you encounter a problem with the delivery of your order (delay, absence at the time of receipt, order returned to sender, etc.), please contact the carrier's customer service directly. If you do not have information on the carrier in charge of delivery, please refer to your order confirmation email or log in to your customer area and refer to your "order history."

We deliver our products everywhere in France and around the world! YEAY
Please note that customs fees are not included in the price of your order.
What delivery methods are offered?
When validating your basket, we offer you 2 delivery methods:
- At home
- At Relay Point (France)
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery method and are specified to you at the payment stage.
- At home: €10 (France)
- Relay Point: €7 (France)
Delivery costs are free worldwide for purchases over €150.
Please note that prices may increase depending on the weight of the package.
What are the delivery times?
All validated orders are processed the next day and shipped the following business day. For export deliveries, the delivery time will be 3 to 5 business days after the package is picked up by the carrier.
Please note that all orders placed on Friday are processed on Monday. Delivery times are approximate and may vary slightly.
Gift Delivery
We create our products to please you, but also for the pleasure of giving! We place particular importance on preparing your gift orders.
At your request, we can remove the price tag, the paper invoice, wrap it in a Moismont gift bag and add a little personalized note!
