How do I track the delivery of my order?

You can track your order at any time on the carrier's page here by entering your tracking number shown on your order confirmation (received by email).

If you have not received an order confirmation, please log in to your customer area and refer to your "order history" in which the tracking number is indicated.

If you do not have a customer account and have not received a confirmation email, we invite you to send us a message via our contact form .

A problem with the delivery of my order?

If you encounter a problem with the delivery of your order (delay, absent for the reception, order returned to the sender etc.) please contact the customer service of the carrier directly. If you do not have information on the carrier in charge of delivery, please refer to your order confirmation email or log into your customer area and refer to your "order history".

I can't find my tracking number

Your tracking number is indicated on your order confirmation received by email.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver our products everywhere in France and in the world! YEAY

Please note that customs fees are not included in the price of your order.

What delivery methods are offered?

When validating your basket, we offer 2 delivery methods:

  • Home
  • Pickup point

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery method:

  • At home: €6 (France), €25 (Europe), €27 (International)
  • Relay point: 5€

Please take into consideration that prices may increase depending on the weight of the package.

What are the delivery times ?

All confirmed orders are processed the next day and shipped the next business day. With regard to export deliveries, the delay will be 3 to 5 working days after the parcel has been taken over by the carrier.

Please note that all orders validated on Friday are processed on Monday. The delivery times indicated are indicative times which may vary slightly.

Gift Delivery

We create our products to please you but also for the pleasure of giving! We therefore attach particular importance to the preparation of your gift orders.

At your request, we can remove the price tag, the paper invoice, wrap in a Moismont gift bag and add a personalized note!
