Article 1 – Organiser

MOISMONT SAS, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of €165,300, registered with the Amiens Trade and Companies Register under no. 789 532 025, whose registered office is at 58 rue de Saussure, 75017 Paris, France (the “Organiser”), is running a free giveaway, with no purchase necessary, called “Moismont x Kerzon” (the “Giveaway”), in partnership with the Kerzon brand, from Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. until Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time).

Article 2 – Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to any individual aged 18 or over, residing anywhere in the world, provided that participation is permitted by the laws of their country of residence. Employees of the Organiser and of Kerzon, and their families, are not eligible.

Only one entry per person is allowed (same name, same email address). Any multiple or fraudulent entry will result in the participant’s disqualification.

Article 3 – How to enter

To enter, simply provide your email address in the entry form on the Giveaway page of the website www.moismont.com between October 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and October 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., then click “Enter”.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Any entry received after the Giveaway has closed, or incomplete, will not be taken into account.

Signing up for news from Moismont and/or Kerzon, offered through optional checkboxes, is not compulsory and has no effect on your chances of winning.

Article 4 – Prizes

One (1) winner will be selected. They will win:

– a promotional code worth €150 (one hundred and fifty euros) to use on www.moismont.com;

– a promotional code worth €150 (one hundred and fifty euros) to use on the Kerzon website, www.kerzon.paris,

i.e. a total value of €300 for the whole Giveaway.

The promotional codes are sent by Moismont by email. They are valid for six (6) months from the date they are sent, excluding sale periods, and can be used once only (any unused balance is forfeited). They cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers and do not apply to delivery fees, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale of each of the two brands. They cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to a third party. They can only be used in countries served by the websites concerned.

Article 5 – Selection of the winner

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries on October 22, 2026.

The winner will be contacted by the Organiser by email, at the address provided when they entered. If they do not reply within 7 days of the email being sent, they will be deemed to have waived their prize and a new draw may be held.

Article 6 – Personal data

The data collected when you enter (email address) is processed by Moismont, as data controller, solely for the purpose of managing the Giveaway: recording entries, running the draw, contacting and informing the winner, and sending the prize. It is kept for as long as necessary to manage the Giveaway, then deleted or archived in accordance with legal obligations.

Participants who tick the relevant box will receive news from Moismont. The email addresses of participants who tick the “Kerzon” box are shared with Kerzon so that it can send them its news; those who do not tick this box are not shared with Kerzon.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, each participant has the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of and port their data, as well as the right to withdraw their consent at any time (via the unsubscribe link in every email). These rights can be exercised by email at customer.service@moismont.com. Participants may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Article 7 – Liability

The Organiser cannot be held liable in the event of an Internet network malfunction, a technical failure, or an inability to enter for reasons beyond its control. It reserves the right to modify, postpone, extend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances require, without its liability being engaged. Any change will be announced on the Giveaway page.

This Giveaway is not organised, sponsored or managed by any social network.

Article 8 – Access to the rules

These rules can be consulted free of charge at any time on the website www.moismont.com. They can also be sent free of charge on request to customer.service@moismont.com.

Taking part in the Giveaway implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.

Article 9 – Governing law and contact

These rules are governed by French law. Any question or complaint relating to the Giveaway must be sent to customer.service@moismont.com. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
